Tammy Sutton-Brown Day of Wellness (TSBDOW):

With a schedule that takes her from WNBA to international season, Tammy does not have much down time. However, irrespective of where she is, rejuvenation of her mind and spirit is essential. Spa treatments and pampering are essentials to her health and self care routine. All women are worthwhile, regardless of their individual life circumstances:

All women deserve to be treated with respect. A simple manicure or haircut makes a huge difference in the lives of these women who are rebuilding their lives.

Helping Youth

From bullying to self-esteem, Tammy has experienced issues that plague the minds of girls.  “There are a lot of different areas to focus on,” she admits.  “When you are young and vulnerable, you are not aware that being a victim of bullying is more about the bullies than it is about you.”  For that reason, my goal is to help build self-esteem and confidence in our youth, they need our support.
